Schedule: Monday (10AM-7PM) | Tuesday-Thursday (8:30AM-5:30PM) | Friday (7AM-4PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the strategic front-line specialist to gather and synthesize patient data.

  • Execute phlebotomy and diagnostics with advanced methodology.

  • Maintain comprehensive digital documentation of patient care activities.
  • Optimize inventory management of exam room supplies with data analytics.
  • Lead initiatives in compliance and safety programs with an innovation mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, launching your journey into transformative healthcare.
  • BLS/CPR certification, demonstrating essential life-saving capabilities.
  • Up to five years of experience in progressive, tech-enhanced medical roles.
  • Proficient in front desk operations, leveraging digital tools for efficiency.
  • Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Passionate about preventive healthcare and collaborative team dynamics.
  • Technologically savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare IT systems.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a valued asset for community engagement.
  • Phlebotomy expertise preferred, demonstrating advanced procedural skills.
  • Experience with electronic medical records, optimizing digital workflows.
  • Adaptability and innovation in accommodating diverse patient needs.
